TranSmart is providing Phase II engineering design services for various new traffic signal installation projects, and the modification and modernization of various existing traffic signal systems throughout IDOT’s District One. TranSmart is also preparing temporary signal and system interconnect designs, contract plans, specifications, and cost estimates for each task order.
