TranSmart, as part of the design team, is providing Phase II engineering design services and technical support for the ITS related to this portion of I-294 and is leading the design efforts for the active traffic management (ATM) gantries and dynamic message sign (DMS) components. The TranSmart team’s involvement in the overall project encompasses advanced engineering studies (AES) through final design and construction contract bid advertisement.
