TranSmart, as a subconsultant, provided engineering design and program management services for various capital improvement projects throughout the City of Chicago. TranSmart’s team prepared plan sheets—including cost estimates—for new traffic signals, and the modernization of existing traffic signals at over 40 intersections within the City.
