TranSmart Welcomes Angie Roberts, CPSM

TranSmart is pleased to have Angie Roberts, CPSM, join our team as our Client Relationship Manager.

Angie brings with her more than 23 years of diverse experience in marketing, proposal management, and business development. Her background includes writing, editing, and project management of new business proposals, marketing collateral, and related communications. Angie is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) and will be working to integrate business development, proposal pursuits, public relations, and TranSmart’s online presence.

“TranSmart has such a strong reputation for innovative transportation engineering solutions.” Roberts said. “I’m ready to work closely with the firm’s leadership and engineering staff to help communicate our accomplishments and connect with colleagues within the A/E/C community.”

Additionally, Angie’s expertise includes managing the proposal process from kick-off to completion, updating resumes and creating project descriptions; planning and producing client presentations and project interview materials; identifying key business development events and conferences; managing and producing external communications, awards submittals, web content, and social media posts.

“I have known and worked with Angie for many years, and she has always gone above and beyond to meet the client’s needs, leading to many successful pursuits. I can’t think of a more strategic hire for TranSmart’s Marketing and Business Development endeavors,” said Vice President of Business Development, Brian McGowan.

Angie received her Bachelor of Arts in General Studies and Master of Arts in Public Affairs Journalism from Columbia College in Chicago Illinois.
