Charlie McCarthy presents at the ITS Minnesota Fall Forum

Our Transportation Systems Engineer, Charlie McCarthy, successfully presented about our work with the City of Chicago on the use of probe data for building a Traffic Scorecard at the ITS Minnesota Fall Forum held at the 3M Innovation Center in St. Paul.
