As a subconsultant, TranSmart provided Phase III construction engineering inspection services for multiple streetscape improvement projects inclusive of pavement patching, resurfacing, marking; sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway, roadway reconstruction; lighting installation and replacement; traffic signal modernization; sewer installation; utility structure rehabilitation / upgrades; and parkway restoration work throughout the City of Chicago.
