With our unique skill set of high-technology and traditional engineering talent, TranSmart is poised to support growth in the Midwest and nationwide working side by side with the Atlas family of engineering companies.

Our expertise includes all phases of the project life cycle from feasibility studies to construction management. Our group of engineers, planners and specialists are skilled in many areas of transportation including Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS); civil, structural, electrical and traffic engineering; transportation planning; program management and construction inspection services. We have more than 30 licensed Professional Engineers (PE) in many states, and certified specialists with expertise in structural engineering (SE), transportation operations (PTOE), communications (CCNA), sustainability (LEED), bridge inspection (program manager), construction inspection (documentation), safety (RSP1, OSHA and rail safety), connected vehicles (CVP), project management (PMP).
